Job Details

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager with a strong background in the petrochemical industry to lead financial operations, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage, control, and organize the accounting system, ensuring accurate financial reporting to local and HQ management as well as relevant external stakeholders. Oversee the development and monitoring of short- and long-term financial performance to support business objectives. Lead the budgeting process, aligning financial plans with strategic goals, and continuously monitor performance to ensure targets are achieved. Manage accounts receivable and payable, cash flow, and other current assets, ensuring efficient funding and payment processes. Ensure timely and accurate processing of purchasing and payment transactions (e.g., purchase orders, travel reimbursements) in compliance with company policies and regulations. Participate in the development, implementation, and maintenance of financial policies, procedures, and objectives, including short- and long-term planning initiatives. Oversee and ensure compliance with tax filings and payments and manage relationships with tax authorities. Develop and continuously monitor the financial risk management framework for the organization. Coordinate with internal and external auditors, vendors, and stakeholders, providing required documentation and support during audits. Manage financial risks related to tax audits and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
12 to 18 years of experience in Finance roles within the petrochemical industry. Strong expertise in financial management, budgeting, reporting, and compliance. Proven experience in handling taxation, audits, and financial risk management. Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
