Location: New Cairo, Egypt (100% Onsite) Experience: 7+ Years Industry: Banking / Financial Services Contract Duration: initial 6 months subject to extension
We’re looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join an exciting greenfield banking project in New Cairo. This is a fully onsite opportunity to help build Agile practices from the ground up within a dynamic financial environment.
What You’ll Do:Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) Coach teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to drive delivery Identify and remove blockers to ensure smooth sprint execution Support Agile transformation in a greenfield setup
What We’re Looking For:7+ years of experience Strong background in banking or financial services Proven experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) Experience in greenfield projects is a strong advantage Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or similar) is a plus
