Role Description AGROVATE is seeking a Quality Engineer for a full-time, on-site position at our Obour location. The Quality Engineer will oversee and implement quality control processes, ensure adherence to quality standards, and verify product compliance. They will collaborate with operational teams to optimize quality assurance practices, maintain product quality standards, and continuously improve quality management systems. Engaging with cross-functional teams, the Quality Engineer will ensure seamless quality oversight across the organization's operations.
Qualifications Proficiency in Quality Engineering and Quality Management principles and methodologies Experience in Quality Control and executing quality checks to meet compliance standards Knowledge of Quality Assurance processes to maintain organizational and industry standards Understanding of product-specific quality requirements and standards Strong analytical skills with attention to detail Effective communication and problem-solving abilities Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Engineering or a related field Previous experience in the fresh produce industry or food supply chain is preferred
