Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Alexandria, Egypt for a Sales Manager position at Chubb. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, meet with prospective clients, manage relationships with existing clients, and work towards achieving sales targets. Responsibilities also include developing sales strategies, leading and mentoring a team, analyzing market trends, and providing comprehensive insurance solutions tailored to client needs. Collaboration with various internal departments to enhance customer experience and improve overall sales performance will be a key component of this role.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Sales Strategy Development, Business Development, and achieving sales goals Strong skills in Account Management, Client Relations, and Customer Service Proficiency in Market Analysis and the ability to track and adapt to industry trends Leadership, Team Management, and Coaching abilities to support and enhance team performance Effective Communication and Negotiation skills, both verbal and written Familiarity with the insurance industry is highly desirable Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus) Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and other sales-related software Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Fluency in English and Arabic is required for effective communication in the assigned region
