Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager (GM) in the international oil and gas services sector at FETRA INTEGRITY Egypt & Project Management. Located in Qesm 2nd, 6th of October, the GM will oversee business strategy, operational activities, and stakeholder relations in alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, managing client relationships, directing business development initiatives, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and driving overall organizational growth. They will also collaborate with team members to optimize efficiency and profitability in all projects and services offered.

Qualifications

Proven experience in leadership roles, management, and business strategy in the oil and gas services sector. Strong expertise in resource planning, recruitment strategies, and organizational structure design. Competence in performance management, succession planning, and KPI-based employee evaluation. Proficiency in financial management, including pay strategy, salary adjustment, and total reward management. Experience in HR learning and development, including training needs analysis and ROI assessment. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage client relations and lead diverse teams effectively. Knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality standards in the oil and gas services industry. Bachelor’s degree in business management, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Ability to work on-site in Qesm 2nd 6 October and manage operations hands-on. Proficiency in English and Arabic; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
