Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Bilingual Travel Advisor (German & English) based in Qesm El Maadi, with opportunities to work partially from home. In this position, you will assist clients with travel arrangements, address their inquiries, and provide proactive customer service to ensure satisfaction. Duties include managing travel bookings, offering expert advice, and resolving customer service issues efficiently while adhering to company policies and quality standards.
Qualifications Proficient in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, ensuring a positive experience for clients. Strong Communication skills in both German and English, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse clients. Expertise in Travel Arrangements and Travel Agency operations, with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, collaborating with team members in-person and remotely as required. Relevant experience in the travel or hospitality industry Flexible with the 24/7 rotational shifts Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field
