Role Overview:The purpose of this role is to lead and enhance the performance of the quality function by ensuring effective implementation of the existing quality system and driving continuous operational improvement, with a strong focus on waste reduction and process efficiency.
Responsibility:The Quality Manager will be responsible for:Ensuring full and consistent implementation of the established quality system across operations Leading and developing the quality team, with clear role allocation and performance follow-up Driving waste reduction through data analysis, performance monitoring, and corrective actions Conducting root cause analysis for quality-related issues and implementing sustainable solutions to prevent recurrence Collaborating closely with production teams to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance product quality Monitoring KPIs and making data-driven decisions to improve overall performance This role requires a results-driven leader capable of transforming the quality function into a key driver of operational excellence, rather than a traditional control function. Requirements:Minimum 7 years of experience in offset printing, with proven experience in quality management Strong experience in leading and developing quality teams within a manufacturing environment Hands-on experience in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation Solid understanding of offset printing and finishing processes (Printing – Die Cutting – Gluing) Good knowledge of color management and standards Ability to work within an established quality system and enhance its performance Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions Strong leadership, organizational, and performance management skills Proficiency in Excel or data analysis tools for KPI tracking
