A leading company in MEP solutions is seeking a high-performing Sales Team Leader (Engineer) to drive growth and lead a successful sales team.???? Key Requirements:- 5–7 years of solid experience in MEP/HVAC sales.- Strong technical expertise in HVAC systems (Chillers, DX, VRF, Mini-Split).- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and leading high-performance teams.- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.- A bachelor’s degree in engineering is a must.- Very good command of English.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead, mentor, and drive the sales team to exceed targets and KPIs.- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share.- Identify and secure new business opportunities.- Prepare and review technical & commercial proposals.- Build strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
