Overview: As our Warehouse Section Head, you will be the linchpin of our warehouse operations, ensuring the seamless flow of goods, from raw materials to finished products, including specialized frozen food handling. You will lead a dedicated team, implement cutting-edge inventory strategies, and uphold the highest standards of safety and quality within a complex manufacturing and production environment, including slaughterhouse operations.

• Responsibilities:
• Lead and inspire the warehouse team, fostering a culture of efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee and optimize all aspects of SKU management, stock control, and inventory management, ensuring accuracy and minimizing discrepancies.
• Manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of raw materials and finished goods with precision and strategic planning.
• Ensure the proper functioning of refrigerator systems and other critical warehouse infrastructure.
• Drive excellence in warehouse operations, identifying and implementing process improvements for maximum productivity.
• Coordinate effectively with logistics and supply chain teams to achieve optimal logistics coordination and supply chain optimization.
• Implement safety procedures and quality control standards across all warehouse activities.
• Utilize data analysis to identify trends, forecast needs, and make informed operational decisions.
