Role: Cloud Engineer Location: Remote
Role Overview:We are hiring a Cloud Engineer to design, deploy, and manage cloud-native infrastructure that powers Joveo's global platform. You will build resilient, scalable, and cost-optimized cloud systems — ensuring our infrastructure grows with the business without compromising performance or reliability.
Key Responsibilities:- Architect and deploy cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, or Azure- Implement infrastructure-as-code using Terraform or similar tooling- Optimize cloud resource utilization and manage cost governance- Design networking, security groups, IAM policies, and access controls- Support engineering teams with cloud migrations and modernization projects- Build runbooks and disaster recovery procedures for critical systems
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Deep hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform- Proficiency in Terraform, Pulumi, or AWS CDK for infrastructure provisioning- Knowledge of networking fundamentals — VPCs, subnets, DNS, load balancers- Experience with cloud security best practices and compliance frameworks- Familiarity with Kubernetes, ECS, or serverless compute platforms- Cloud certification (AWS Solutions Architect, GCP Professional, or equivalent) preferred
