Saal Invest is seeking a full-time Soft Skills Trainer specializing in the F&B sector (مطاعم) to join our team in Nasr City. The trainer will design and deliver engaging training programs focused on soft skills development, such as:communication, Leadership skills,managerial skills, and professional interaction. Responsibilities include conducting training sessions for employees, evaluating their progress, and tailoring programs to meet individual and team development needs. Additionally, the trainer will collaborate with management to align training goals with organizational objectives and maintain training materials for relevance and quality.
Qualifications Strong expertise in Presentation Skills and Soft Skills training Proficiency in Training & Development practices and methods Experience in teaching Life Skills and Communication skills to diverse teams Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and engage trainees Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred Background in the food and beverage industry or similar customer service industries is a plus A bachelor's degree or relevant professional certification in Human Resources, Training, Education, or a related field
