???????????? ????????????????????A leading provider of integrated solutions for diagnostics and life sciences, is seeking a ???????????????????????????????????? ???????????????????????????? to join our Finance & Logistics Division. This role is responsible for leading end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, compliance with cold-chain and sensitive stock handling requirements, and maintaining high service levels across receiving, storage, and distribution activities. The Warehouse Manager will lead the warehouse team, ensure full documentation compliance, and drive continuous improvement across all warehouse processes.
???????????? ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????• Lead and manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch to ensure service continuity and efficient space utilization.• Own inventory governance activities including stock accuracy, cycle counts, physical counts, variance reconciliation, and expiry/lot control.• Ensure full compliance with cold-chain and sensitive inventory requirements through temperature and humidity monitoring, documentation, and corrective actions.• Supervise all receiving and dispatch activities ensuring proper documentation, handling, and traceability for all shipment types.• Maintain audit-ready warehouse documentation and ensure timely and accurate system data entry (WMS/ERP).• Lead, coach, and develop the warehouse team while enforcing SOPs, quality procedures, safety standards, and 5S practices.• Coordinate preventive maintenance, pest control, and facility services to ensure warehouse readiness and compliance.• Collaborate with Purchasing, Accounts, Scientific/Lab teams, and Logistics to resolve discrepancies and support internal requests.• Prepare warehouse performance reports, highlight risks, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.• Monitor and control cash advances/custody items related to warehouse activities (where applicable), ensuring documentation, timely settlement, and adherence to internal controls.• Drive continuous improvement projects to reduce errors, waste, and lead times; implement process optimizations and standard work.
???????????? ????????????????????????????????????????????????• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, including supervisory or managerial responsibilities.• Proven experience in inventory control, warehouse documentation, and compliance management.• Experience handling sensitive or temperature-controlled stock (medical or laboratory supplies is an advantage).• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and/or ERP systems.• Understanding of basic lean/5S principles and process improvement tools• Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.• Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
