Role Overviewi CONSULT is seeking a highly driven, creative, and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead the company’s digital presence, including its customers, online growth strategy, and performance marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in digital marketing practices and will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to enhance brand visibility, generate qualified leads, improve customer engagement, and maximize return on investment.
Key Responsibilities Develop, execute, and continuously optimize comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and revenue targets. Able to understand and manage multi-channel digital campaigns across paid, organic, email, and social media channels to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition. Able to establish campaign objectives, KPIs, budgets, and performance benchmarks to measure success and ROI. Able to understand paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linked In Ads, and other relevant platforms, and the optimization process. Able to understand the monitoring process of campaign performance, A/B test creatives and audiences, and implement optimization strategies to maximize conversion rates and minimize acquisition costs. Able to understand the digital advertising budgets allocation effectively while ensuring high return on marketing spend (ROAS). Oversee the company’s social media strategy across all platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, X (Twitter), Tik Tok, and emerging channels. Develop engaging social media campaigns to strengthen brand awareness, audience engagement, and community growth. Monitor audience interaction, brand sentiment, and social trends to enhance customer engagement initiatives. Able to understand the advanced SEO strategies required to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic. Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators to optimize website UX/UI, landing pages, and conversion funnels. Ensure website content remains relevant, optimized, and aligned with SEO and branding standards. Design and manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, lead nurturing workflows, and automated drip campaigns. Segment customer databases to improve personalization, open rates, click-through rates, and conversion performance. Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEO tools, Meta Business Suite, and CRM dashboards. Generate actionable performance reports and strategic recommendations for senior management. Utilize data-driven insights to improve customer journey mapping and campaign effectiveness. Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, digital innovations, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive advantage. Research and recommend new digital tools, platforms, and automation technologies to improve marketing efficiency. Work closely with sales, business development, design, and executive leadership teams to align digital marketing initiatives with organizational objectives. Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers when required.

Required Qualifications Hands-on experience in digital marketing tasks and execution Excellent strategic thinking and the ability to translate business goals into effective digital marketing strategies and execution across multiple online channels. Strong leadership and team collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across departments. Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing projects. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong creativity and innovation in campaign ideation, content creation, and brand storytelling. Experience using generative AI tools for market research, campaign development, and marketing optimization. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment. High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality and brand consistency. Self-motivated, with strong initiative and accountability. Advanced knowledge of performance marketing, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linked In Ads, and PPC campaign optimization. Strong understanding of social media management and paid social advertising across major digital platforms. Experience in email marketing, marketing automation, and CRM. Knowledge of content marketing strategy. Strong understanding of customer acquisition, lead generation, sales funnels, and conversion optimization strategies. Familiarity with website management/CMS platforms such as Word Press, Shopify, or similar systems. Ability to interpret marketing data, analyze campaign performance, and generate actionable insights and reports using platforms such as Meta, Google Analytics, and other analytics tools.
