Job Title: Ticketing Agent Company Name: Adam Travel Location: Alexandria, Egypt Employment Type: Full Time Job Description:Adam Travel is seeking a professional Ticketing Agent to join our team in Alexandria. The ideal candidate will handle flight reservations, ticketing, and customer service for the US market while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily operations. Responsibilities:1. Handling flight reservations, ticket issuance, reissues, and refunds2. Managing bookings and customer inquiries3. Working on GDS systems4. Ensuring compliance with airline policies and procedures5. Providing excellent customer service Requirements:1. Experience from 2 to 3 years as a Ticketing Agent2. Good knowledge of GDS systems: Amadeus and Sabre (Galileo is a plus)3. Experience in the US market is preferred4. Good command of English5.
