We are looking for a Product Growth Specialist to support the optimization, launch, and continuous improvement of our product portfolio. In this role, you will work on analyzing products, identifying growth opportunities, supporting launches, and driving iteration cycles. Key Responsibilities:Conduct product audits by analyzing features, user journeys, and operational workflows. Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for product improvement. Support product launches by ensuring proper feedback collection and tracking mechanisms. Monitor product performance post-launch and gather user insights through data and research. Execute rapid iteration cycles based on feedback and performance metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Tech, Marketing, Commercial) to ensure alignment. Assist in benchmarking products against competitors and industry standards. Utilize AI tools and research platforms to support product documentation and analysis. Maintain clear documentation for product updates, insights, and improvements.
Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).1–3 years of experience in Product, Growth, Business Analysis, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with dashboards and data tracking tools (e.g., Odoo or similar). Exposure to AI tools for research and productivity is a plus. Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills. Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments with strong attention to detail.
