Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Alexandria, Egypt, for an Agile Product Manager. The individual in this role will oversee the development cycle of digital products, working closely with cross-functional teams to define product vision, gather requirements, and prioritize tasks. Responsibilities include managing and grooming product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business goals, and facilitating agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning and retrospectives. Additionally, the Agile Product Manager will monitor product performance and collaborate with stakeholders to drive improvements and meet end-user needs.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and backlog management Experience in product vision creation, roadmap planning, and translating business goals into actionable tasks Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills Data analysis and performance metrics tracking for continuous product improvement Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field Prior experience in digital product management or a similar role Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana is a plus
