Role Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist (Mass Hiring) will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, with a focus on high-volume hiring needs. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience. Collaborating with management to refine recruitment strategies, the specialist will also develop and promote employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Qesm El Maadi.

Qualifications

Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting for high-volume roles. Proficiency in Interviewing and candidate assessment. Knowledge of Hiring and strategies for talent acquisition in dynamic environments. Strong skills in Employer Branding to enhance company visibility and attract talent. Exceptional organizational and communication skills to manage multiple hiring projects. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is preferred. Ability to collaborate across teams and maintain efficient timelines under tight deadlines. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
