Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a French Customer Service Representative (CHA Account) located in Cairo. The representative will handle customer inquiries, provide excellent service, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves account management tasks, effective communication with clients, and maintaining a high standard of service delivery in alignment with the company's operational goals.
Qualifications Strong experience in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction Proficiency in roles such as Customer Service Representatives and Account Management Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in French Ability to manage client relationships and resolve issues swiftly and effectively Prior experience in a customer-oriented role is beneficial Flexibility, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
