Develop and update BIM models for dry utilities systems (MV/LV power, street lighting, telecom, ICT). Prepare 2D drawings & 3D BIM models based on project requirements. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure clash-free models. Support clash detection using Navisworks. Ensure compliance with BIM standards (LOD, BEP, client requirements). Extract quantities and support project deliverables. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.3–4 years of experience in infrastructure / dry utilities projects (ESSENTIAL). Strong hands-on experience in:Autodesk Revit Auto CADExperience in dry utilities networks (power distribution, street lighting, telecom). Good understanding of BIM workflows and coordination. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
