Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration and customer interaction. Experience in operations management, problem-solving, and strategic planning within the food and beverage or hospitality industries. Proficiency in digital tools and technology to optimize workflows and enhance customer experiences. Understanding of quality assurance, brand standards, and customer satisfaction metrics. Flexibility to adapt global practices to local market preferences and address culturally diverse needs effectively. Proven organizational and time-management skills to meet operational goals on time. Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is highly preferred. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is an advantage.
