We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Junior Property Sales Representative to join our team and grow with us in the real estate field.

Role Overview :
As a Junior Property Sales Representative, you will be responsible for communicating with potential clients, understanding their needs, presenting suitable property options, and supporting them throughout the sales journey until you achieve your Targets .
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales, interested in real estate, and eager to build strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Contact and engage with potential clients professionally Understand client needs and recommend suitable property options Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets Assist clients with property inquiries and booking processes Update client information and sales progress accurately Attend training sessions to improve sales and product knowledge

Qualifications :

Strong communication and customer service skills Fresh Graduated or Graduated in the Last 5 Years Interest in sales and client relationship building Good organizational and time management skills Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment Passion for real estate is a strong plus Good command of English is a plus, but not required Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
