Job Title: HR Generalist (OD & Recruitment) Experience Level: 0–2 Years Department: Human Resources Location: [Insert Location]Job Summary The HR Generalist will support key human resources functions with a focus on recruitment and organizational development (OD). This role is ideal for early-career HR professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews) Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics Support onboarding and orientation processes2. Organizational Development (OD) Assist in implementing employee engagement initiatives and surveys Support performance management processes (KPIs, appraisals, feedback cycles) Contribute to learning & development programs and training coordination Help in developing internal communication strategies3. HR Operations Maintain employee records and HR systems (HRIS) Support HR policies implementation and compliance Assist in handling employee queries and basic employee relations matters Prepare HR reports and documentation Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field0–2 years of HR experience (internships count) Basic knowledge of recruitment and OD concepts Familiarity with HRIS or ATS systems is a plus Skills & Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organizational and multitasking abilities Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to handle confidential information Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) Preferred Qualifications HR certifications (or working towards them) Exposure to performance management or training coordination
