Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior OD (Organizational Development) Specialist based in Qesm El Maadi. The Senior OD Specialist will lead organizational development initiatives, facilitate employee training and development programs, conduct performance analyses, and implement strategies to enhance workplace efficiency. The role also involves identifying areas for improvement, driving change management efforts, and ensuring alignment of organizational goals with employee engagement strategies.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Organizational Development, Change Management, and Strategic Planning Skills in Employee Training, Leadership Development, and Talent Management Experience with Performance Analysis and Continuous Improvement methodologies Proficiency in Data Analysis and Problem-Solving related to organizational strategies Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred5+ years of experience in organizational development or related roles Proven ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams
