Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor, located in Helwan. The Site Supervisor will manage daily site operations to ensure that projects meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget. Key responsibilities include supervising and coordinating work teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, monitoring project progress, preparing reports, and effectively resolving any site-related issues. The Site Supervisor will also collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to maintain efficient communication and alignment on project goals.

Qualifications

Team management and leadership skills to direct and guide teams effectively on-site. Knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to ensure full compliance across all site activities. Proficiency in monitoring project progress, analyzing work schedules, and preparing detailed reports. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to efficiently address and resolve on-site challenges. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with clients, contractors, and other team members. Proficiency in project management tools and digital communication platforms is an advantage. A diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in a supervisory role within construction or a related industry is a plus.
