Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. The individual will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of qualified candidates. The role will also involve developing and executing employer branding strategies, conducting and coordinating interviews, collaborating with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications Proven expertise in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes Strong skills in Employer Branding and promoting a positive candidate experience Proficiency in Interviewing and assessing candidates effectively Extensive experience in Recruiting and collaborating with hiring teams Exceptional organizational and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing multiple tasks Experience in talent acquisition within an educational or training institution is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
