Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Compliance Specialist located in Qesm El Maadi. The Senior Compliance Specialist will oversee compliance management activities to ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and legal requirements. Responsibilities include monitoring regulatory updates, implementing compliance programs, conducting risk assessments, analyzing compliance issues, and providing clear communication and guidance to internal teams. Collaboration with multiple stakeholders and departments will also be required to maintain and enhance the company’s compliance framework.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance Proficiency in Legal Compliance and ensuring adherence to laws and regulations Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate processes, identify risks, and create solutions Effective Communication skills for clear internal and external stakeholder engagement Proven ability to work independently and lead compliance-driven initiatives Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus) Certifications such as Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) or equivalent are advantageous Previous experience in the healthcare industry and familiarity with industry-specific regulations is highly beneficial
