Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Contact Center Agent located in 10th of Ramadan. The Contact Center Agent will handle customer inquiries through various channels, provide accurate information, and resolve concerns efficiently. Daily tasks include managing communication, documenting customer interactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires maintaining professionalism and delivering high-quality service while adhering to company standards.

Exceptional Customer Support and Customer Service skills Strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication abilities Proficiency in Computer Literacy and related tools Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively Prior experience in a call center or customer-facing role is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; further education is an advantage
