Role Description We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Specialist for our Gaming Account, located on-site in Cairo. The role involves handling customer inquiries through various channels, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, providing support, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining professional phone etiquette and delivering high-quality service to gaming enthusiasts.
Qualifications Experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction Strong skills in Customer Experience and maintaining professional Phone Etiquette Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in English (minimum level B2) to interact effectively with customers Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in the gaming industry or a passion for gaming is a plus Familiarity with CRM tools or customer management systems is an advantage
