Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. As a Tour Operator, you will be responsible for organizing and managing travel arrangements, coordinating guided tours, handling reservations, and ensuring seamless customer experiences. Additional responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service and driving sales by recommending travel packages and services. The role involves close collaboration with clients, local and international partners, and other team members.
Qualifications
Knowledge and expertise in Guided Tours and Travel & Tourism Ability to provide excellent Customer Service and handle client inquiries Skills in planning and managing Reservations efficiently Strong Sales acumen, with the ability to promote and recommend travel packages Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills Experience in a travel-related field is highly advantageous
