Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Rental Sales Agent role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Rental Sales Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients with car rental needs, processing bookings, and ensuring customer satisfaction by identifying and recommending suitable options. The role also involves handling inquiries, closing sales transactions, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company promotions and fleet availability.
Qualifications Experience in Car Rental services and an understanding of fleet offerings Strong focus on Customer Service and the ability to deliver Customer Satisfaction Excellent Communication skills for interacting with a diverse range of clients Proven Sales experience with the ability to achieve and exceed targets Organizational and problem-solving skills to manage bookings and resolve customer inquiries efficiently Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays Experience in the automotive or travel industry is desirable
