Role Description We are seeking a full-time Fluent English Travel Advisor to join our team on-site in Cairo, Egypt. The Travel Advisor will handle customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction by providing assistance with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and other travel needs. Daily responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns, and ensuring smooth communication with travel agencies. As a Travel Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless travel experiences for our customers.
Qualifications Strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills Proficiency in communication skills, both written and verbal, in English Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and professional environment Time management and problem-solving abilities Fluency in English is a must Previous experience in the travel or customer service industry is a plus Proficiency in travel-related tools or systems would be an advantage
