We are expanding our team and looking for high-performing Sales Engineers to support our growing EPC and HVAC business. This role is ideal for motivated professionals who combine a strong technical foundation with commercial awareness and strategic sales thinking. The selected candidate will play a key role in driving HVAC equipment sales, managing key accounts, and building long term relationships with consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Promote and sell HVAC and mechanical equipment within assigned markets Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and EPC partners Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing Prepare technical and commercial proposals, submittals, and quotations Support project specifications and actively follow up on tenders Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth Collaborate closely with engineering, estimation, and project teams
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field Proven experience in HVAC sales, preferably within EPC or contracting environments Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strategic mindset with a strong focus on achieving targets Ability to work independently as well as within a high-performance team
