Overview Of The Role:


  • The Retail Sales Representative plays a critical role in fostering customer relationships, credibility, and satisfaction. The position involves maintaining merchandising standards and stock availability to meet company sales targets. Success is defined by exceeding customer expectations, understanding diverse needs, and effectively promoting products. Establishing rapport with customers and actively seeking sales opportunities are vital components in achieving success.


What You Will Do:


Operational & Commercial


  • Conduct daily detailed inspections of assigned areas for price label positioning and communication media.
  • Review daily stock levels and recommend orders to the Shopkeeper.
  • Coordinate with Procurement Executive regarding stock information.
  • Focus on customer satisfaction and strive to make them smile with empathy and care.
  • Engage in daily dialogues with guests to receive feedback, understand needs, and act accordingly.
  • Develop effective relationships with customers to establish trust and confidence.
  • Analyze customer requirements for preparing pro forma invoices.
  • Maintain customer contact to advise on new items and follow up on quotations.
  • Empower team to meet customer needs and provide service improvement feedback.
  • Spot and seize sales opportunities, offer solutions, and suggest add-on sales to achieve targets.
  • Propose sales improvements to the supervisor and identify slow-moving items for sales actions.
  • Ensure product displays adhere to company merchandising methods.
  • Be knowledgeable about the product range within HFB.
  • Stay informed about local market developments through customer interactions and market visits.
  • Update knowledge on company product range changes and inform Sales Manager of customer feedback.

What Qualifies You For The Role:


  • Secondary Education.

  • Proficiency in English.
  • Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
