Job Summary The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing and executing full‑cycle recruitment activities across multiple functions and workforce levels. The role partners closely with hiring managers to deliver timely, high‑quality hires, supports workforce planning initiatives, and contributes to building a strong talent pipeline in a fast‑paced, seasonally driven business environment.
Key Responsibilities Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for white‑collar, blue‑collar, and operational roles. Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, job requirements, and recruitment timelines. Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using multiple channels (job portals, referrals, social media, agencies). Conduct competency‑based interviews and coordinate interview panels and assessments. Prepare job offers and coordinate with HR operations for onboarding and documentation handover. Build and maintain active talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles. Support high‑volume and seasonal hiring campaigns as required by business operations. Track recruitment KPIs such as time‑to‑fill, quality of hire, and offer acceptance rate. Prepare periodic recruitment status reports and analytics for HR management. Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies, labor regulations, and internal procedures. Contribute to employer branding initiatives and continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a senior specialist role. Strong experience in full‑cycle hiring and stakeholder management. Proven ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously under tight deadlines. Excellent interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills. Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities. Experience in agriculture, FMCG, manufacturing, or export industries is a strong advantage.
