Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage end-to-end recruitment activities for the head office, operations, farms, and seasonal workforce needs. Execute and monitor the annual recruitment plan in alignment with manpower planning and business objectives. Lead and support the Talent Acquisition team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback. Coordinate job postings across recruitment platforms, social media channels, and internal sources. Screen, assess, and short-list candidates based on defined job requirements and competency criteria. Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers throughout the selection process. Ensure timely job offers, contract coordination, and smooth onboarding handover to HR operations. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and talent pool for critical and high-volume roles. Track recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, offer acceptance rate). Prepare periodic recruitment reports and analytics for HR management. Support employer branding initiatives, job fairs, and recruitment campaigns. Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and labor regulations. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.5–7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Proven experience managing high-volume and operational recruitment. Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, seasonal business environment. Experience in agriculture, FMCG, manufacturing, or export sectors is a strong advantage.
