GET Group Holdings Ltd. is hiring immediately:
#Sales_Coordinator& #Document_controller
#Key_Responsibilities
-Provide full administrative and operational support to the Sales and Presales teams.
-Coordinate with customers and prospects to schedule meetings, follow up on proposals, and confirm contracts.
-Prepare sales presentations, reports, and required documentation.
-Support in tender preparation, including legal documents and bid management processes.
-Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
-Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate sales data and customer information.
-Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and potential leads.
-Support in preparing technical and commercial proposals in coordination with internal teams.
-Follow up on invoices, deliveries, and customer requests.
-Assist in organizing trade shows and client meetings.
#Requirements
-Bachelor’s Degree (Business Administration, IT, or related field is a plus).
-2–4 years of relevant experience in Sales Coordination or similar role.
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word).
-Experience with CRM systems (SAP is a plus).
