Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Development Manager at Atheel CX, located in Qesm El Maadi. Atheel CX is seeking a Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) Sales Representative to drive business growth by promoting HR outsourcing solutions to new and existing clients. This role focuses on lead generation, client engagement, solution selling, and closing deals across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities for HRO services.
• Promote HR outsourcing solutions including recruitment, payroll, staffing, and HR operations.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and needs assessments.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers in coordination with internal teams.
