Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Financial Manager with experience in the construction industry to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis, located in Cairo. The Financial Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial planning and analysis, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and preparing financial reports. This role includes overseeing project budgets, monitoring expenditures, providing financial forecasting, and implementing cost-control practices to ensure projects remain profitable. Working closely with the project and management teams, the Financial Manager will play a key role in driving financial strategies and decision-making in line with company objectives.

Qualifications

Proficiency in financial planning, analysis, and budgeting within the construction sector. Knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and reporting standards. Strong skills in cost estimation, forecasting, and resource allocation specific to construction projects. Proven expertise in project management, managing construction-related budgets, and analyzing project profitability. Proficiency with financial software and tools used in accounting and reporting. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership abilities. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A professional designation such as CFA or CPA is a plus. Demonstrated experience, preferably within the construction or project management industry. Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is required. Knowledge of ERP systems is a significant advantage.
