About the Role We are seeking a C1 English Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a full-time hybrid role based in Alexandria, Egypt, with the flexibility for some remote work. The CSR will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate and timely responses, assist with resolving concerns, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a positive rapport with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and effectively managing support tickets and communications. Proficient in English, with a C1 level proficiency or higher. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently. Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks. Empathy, patience, and a customer-centered approach. Experience in the BPO industry or understanding of call center operations is a plus. Proficiency with customer support software and tools is an advantage.
