What you will own:Full coordination of shipments, suppliers, and logistics execution Managing spare parts orders, follow-ups, and tracking Supporting commercial operations (offers, documentation, CRM discipline) Ensuring no task, order, or client request falls through the cracks Acting as the link between suppliers, internal operations, and customers Ownership of exhibitions and basic marketing efforts. Helping build internal systems and processes as the company grows

Requirements:Strong skills in Business Operations and Analytical Skills to ensure efficient and effective workflows. Good English communication (written and spoken) Basic understanding of logistics / international trade is a plus Experience in a similar role is helpful but not mandatory Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., MS Office Suite and CRM systems "Odoo" ) is an added advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
