Job Summary:This is a full-time, on-site role for a Waitre | F&B Butler Server based in Cairo, Egypt. The purpose of the Waiter position is to deliver an exceptional dining experience defined by elegance, precision, and attentive service, ensuring every guest interaction reflects the residence prestige, exclusivity, and established standards of luxury service.
Responsibilities Greets and welcomes guests in a warm, professional manner upon arrival. Service of food and beverages includes preparing and arranging table settings, and serving welcome drinks at any time the Principal is received at the residence. Prepare and serve coffee and specialty beverages (espresso, cappuccino, latte, americano, etc.) according to standard recipes. Provides a courteous, professional, efficient, flexible and personalized service at all time, with commitment to delivering a high level of service. Strong knowledge of luxury service etiquette and personalized guest service. Serves food courses and beverages ( alcoholic beverages ) Ensure a clean dining area, reception rooms, maintaining cleanliness of work. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation in all guest-facing areas. Ensures smooth service during events, parties, and dinners, and presents menus with detailed information on dishes, ingredients, and specials. Prepares tables by setting linens, cutlery, and glassware. Clears tables and maintains cleanliness of the dining area. Delivers discreet, attentive, and continuous service to the Principal, ensuring all requirements are anticipated and met to the highest level of satisfaction Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the role. Monitors beverage stock levels and oversees inventory and supply management.

Performing all duties and obligations with decorum, tact, and unwavering professionalism. Upholds impeccable personal hygiene and professional grooming standards at all times
Qualifications / Licenses / Skills Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the same role in a 5-star luxury hotel. A degree in Hospitality Management or relevant hotel industry experience is highly regarded. Proficient in English and a Arabic language.
