Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Financial Manager with construction experience to join our team. This hybrid role is based in Qesm 2nd 6 October, Egypt, with the flexibility to work remotely on some occasions. The Financial Manager will oversee financial operations, prepare reports, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and manage budgets. The role will also focus on cost control for construction projects, payroll coordination, financial analysis, and advising on project profitability and financial planning. Collaboration with project management teams will be a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

Strong financial management, budgeting, and cost control skills, particularly in the construction industry Familiarity with financial reporting, compliance, and risk management for large-scale projects Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and creating profitability reports Experience with payroll management and coordination with HR teams Ability to collaborate with project management teams and provide financial guidance Proficiency in financial software and advanced knowledge of spreadsheets (e.g., Excel) Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA, CMA, or related certification is a plus) Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities Experience in financial management for large construction projects is highly advantageous
