Key Responsibilities
Compensation & System Research
Conduct compensation and management system benchmarking research among similar Egyptian factories (e.g., JADE, ESEN INTERNATIONAL, EROGLU).
Support the development of HR policies and systems for the new Egypt plant, ensuring local compliance and group alignment.
Recruitment & Training
Lead end-to-end recruitment for both management staff and production workers, meeting the needs of a 2,000+ employee facility.
Organize and implement pre-employment and on-the-job training programs.
Employee Relations & Culture Building
Build and manage employee relations system, including communication, care, dispute prevention and resolution.
Drive corporate culture initiatives to enhance engagement and retention.
Team Management & Cross-functional Collaboration
Lead local HR team and oversee all HR functions.
Collaborate effectively with production, operations, quality and other departments to achieve business goals.
Data Analysis & Decision Support
Analyze HR data (turnover, recruitment efficiency, training coverage, etc.) to support management decisions.
