Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Electrical & Mechanical Site Supervisor to oversee and manage MEP activities on-site, ensuring that all work is executed according to approved drawings, project specifications, and safety standards within the construction and real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor all Electrical & Mechanical (MEP) works on-site
- Ensure execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and project timeline
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other site teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Inspect installations to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with standards
- Review shop drawings and report any discrepancies before execution
- Monitor subcontractors’ performance and ensure work is completed as per schedule
- Report daily progress, challenges, and site updates to project management
- Ensure proper material usage and report any shortages or delays
- Enforce health & safety regulations on-site
- Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover process
