We are looking for a Call Center Agent to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, answering inquiries, and providing support in a professional way.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers
- Respond to customer questions and requests
- Provide accurate information about products or services
- Handle customer complaints in a polite way
- Record customer data in the system
Requirements:
- English level B1+
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Basic computer skills
- Previous experience is a plus (not required)
Working Conditions:
- Rotational shifts
- 2 days off per week
