The CRM Manageris responsible forleading the Foundation’s CRM and Data Management system to support the foundations’ growth, donor engagement, and data-driven decision- making. This role ensures accurate donor data management, seamless integration across donation platforms, and actionable insights to enhance donor experience and maximize revenue. Duties & Responsabilities 1. CRM Strategy & Management Own and manage the CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring it supports the foundation’s operational objectives. Design and implement CRM strategies to improve donor acquisition, retention, and engagement. Continuously optimize data structures, workflows, and automation.
2. Data Management & Quality Ensure high standards of data integrity, consistency, and governance. Develop processes to identify and resolve duplicate or incomplete donor records. Monitor and maintain accurate tracking of donor interactions and transactions.
3. Platform Integration & Operations Oversee integration of multiple donation channels (e.g., Website, call center, etc.) into CRM. Ensure timely and accurate financial reconciliation of transactions across all platforms. Manage data imports, exports, and system updates.
4. Reporting & Insights Develop dashboards and reports to track fundraising performance, donor behavior, and campaign effectiveness. Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions. Monitor KPIs such as donor growth, retention, average donation value, and channel performance.
5. Campaign & Donor Journey Support Segment donors based on behavior, giving patterns, and engagement levels. Support lifecycle management including acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.work experience requirements5–7 years of experience in CRM, data management, or analytics Experience in nonprofit, fundraising, or donormanagement is highlypreferred Hands-on experience with Salesforce NPSP or similar CRM systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced Excel and Power BISQL knowledge is preferred butnot mandatory Experience with datasegmentation and reporting Understanding of donorbehavior and fundraising metricseducation requirements Bachelor’s degree in related field
