Job Requirements:5+ years of experience in a civil technical office (tendering is a must) Strong experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and tender preparation Excellent knowledge of contracts, BOQs, and pricing Proficient in Auto CAD and Microsoft Office Strong analytical and negotiation skills
Key Responsibilities:Prepare and review tender documents, BOQs, and cost estimates Analyze project requirements and specifications Coordinate with different departments for accurate pricing Participate in bid submissions and follow-ups
