Job Purpose:-As a Design Security System Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, reviewing, and finalizing security system designs that align with client requirements and project objectives. Your role will include: ✔ Requirement analysis and system design ✔ Equipment selection and technical documentation ✔ Preparing BOQs, drawings, and specifications ✔ Ensuring system integration and compliance You will collaborate closely with internal teams and engage with clients, consultants, and vendors to deliver accurate, optimized, and fully compliant security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:-· Review project scope, contracts, and technical specifications. · Analyze client and site requirements to define design criteria. · Design security systems including: CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, and Intercom. · Prepare technical proposals, compliance documents, and submissions. · Develop BOQs and equipment lists based on project needs. · Support Proof of Concept (PoC) activities. · Select suitable security system components and technologies. · Ensure proper system integration with other disciplines. · Propose value engineering solutions for cost and performance optimization. · Coordinate with vendors for technical validation and product selection. · Evaluate alternative technologies and solutions. · Participate in client and consultant meetings. · Update drawings and manage design revisions. · Support site teams during installation, testing, and commissioning. · Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards. · Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience:-· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field. · 3–5 years of experience in security system design. · Experience with design submittals, consultant approvals, and technical documentation. · Experience working with cross-functional teams. · Vendor certifications are a plus.
???? Languages· English: Required. · Arabic: Preferred.
???? Skills & Competencies :-· Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control (ACS), Intrusion Detection (IDS), and Intercom systems. · Understanding of system topology, integration, and device selection. · Ability to interpret contracts and translate them into design deliverables. · Experience in preparing schematics, BOQs, and technical documentation. · Familiarity with audio/video networking and signal transmission. · Knowledge of PSIM or VMS platforms is a plus. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Excellent communication and presentation abilities. · Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. · Adaptability to evolving technologies.
