We are hiring: Telesales Representative
Location: Cairo, Egypt

Advancia Solutions is a leading provider of home healthcare services, including nursing care, elderly care, physiotherapy, and other specialized medical services. As we continue to expand our operations in Egypt, we are looking for ambitious Telesales Representatives to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact potential customers by phone to introduce and promote company services.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Accurately record all interactions and sales in the system.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve the best results.

Requirements:

University degree is preferred.

Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Previous experience in telesales or call centers is preferred.

What We Offer:

Fixed salary: EGP 7,000 + KPI bonus EGP 1,000 + attractive commissions.

Full training and continuous support.
