Job Summary:Al Madina Steel Trading Company is seeking a motivated, organized, and creative Senior Business Development Engineer. to join our team. The ideal candidate welcomes the challenge of acquiring new business opportunities and developing strategic relationships through sales efforts. You will play a key role in building strong client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and closing deals while maintaining a thorough knowledge of the construction materials and industrial market. Responsibilities:Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers in the construction and industrial sectors. Proactively identify new sales opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to clients. Develop and implement market strategies targeting high-potential prospects. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, business development Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications:Solid understanding of the industrial or construction materials market. Experience working with contractors, distributors, and engineering consultancy firms. Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the steel or building materials sector. Ability to build long-term client relationships and maintain customer loyalty. Comfortable working with monthly and quarterly sales targets.
